Our Third Annual Rubber Ducky Race was a big success, thanks to all our volunteers, those who purchased ducks, and Mother Nature herself, who provided a gorgeous day! And thanks to Stoney Creek itself, the best little creek in the world for a rubber Ducky Race, as you can see from the photos (thanks to Paul and Kathy).
We love photos of your dogs enjoying the park!
The shade sail will provide shade for both dogs and humans. In the spring of 2016, we will pave the area beneath the sail with the memorial bricks (and plain bricks, as well), and add the bench. And yes, it does slope! This is so the rain can run off!

Thanks to everyone who helped us add signs to our Park!
AND THE WINNER IS . . .
This years quilt raffle winner was drawn during Bryce Fest on July 2. The lucky winner was Christine Getts, a weekender at Bryce Resort. Thanks to everyone who took a chance and helped us earn $659 for the upkeep of the dog park. We also are thankful for a very generous donation of $500!
We are over the top! Thanks to everyone who has donated! Construction now depends on the weather!
Our Name has Changed!
Thanks to a special donor, we have named our park in honor of a long-time friend and lover of dogs here at Bryce Resort. Sibyl Head passed away several years ago, and we honor her love of dogs by naming the park after her.
If you are a business and would like to have your business card published in our handbook, which would be given to all users of the park, and would like to have your business listed on the "sponsors" sign at the park, please send your business card and a check for $100.00 (or more) to:

Volunteers are working to bring an off-leash dog park to Bryce Resort
A committee has formed, a site has been chosen, and costs are being estimated. We have begun to sign up "Fetching Friends" to pledge monies to make this a reality.
At our first "Yappy Hour" during Happy Hour at the Resort on June 7 we welcomed many dog lovers, and received donations of $1,100.00 toward our goal of $10,000.00. Since that time we have added more names to our "Fetching Friends" list, as well as several business sponsors, so we are well on our way, as you can see by our hydrant chart.
All dogs will be welcome to use the park -- Resort member dogs, non-member dogs, and visiting dogs. Guests and visitors to the park will be asked for a donation if they use the park.
All donations will help to build this park, and maintain it in the future.
The chosen site is between Resort Drive and the airport runway, next to the Library. We plan to fence in an area 150' by 60' (approximately 1/3 of an acre), with a double entry gate at the end near the Library. There will be a 12' gate at the far end to allow for mowing machines to enter. Water will be brought from the Library.
